North Coast Energy Services has been involved with the delivery of low-income energy assistance and weatherization services continuously since the inception of such programs in 1977. During this period the agency has developed a high level of skill, efficiency, and expertise in all aspects of providing these services and administering the various grants and contracts which fund them. NCES was incorporated in 1981 as a subsidiary of the local Community Action Agency, North Coast Opportunities, and has had an independent corporate existence since 1983.
